You can order a PIN reminder for your debit card, in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via Internet Banking.
Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
• Tap the Help icon at the bottom of the app
• Select ‘Manage your cards’
• Then tap 'Request PIN reminder' and follow the steps on screen

Using Internet Banking
• Go to Internet Banking and sign in
• Tap the three dots icon at the top of the screen
• Scroll down and select 'Manage your card'
• Then tap 'PIN reminder'
