Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of the app
• Select 'Deposit a cheque'
• Choose the account you would like to pay into and follow the steps on screen

You can also follow along using our interactive how-to guide.

If you don't use the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app, you can pay in a cheque in one of our branches or at your local post office with a pre-printed pay-in slip.

Please note you can't pay in a cheque using Internet Banking.

  • How do I deposit a cheque worth more than 1000?
  • no link to pay in form
  • Doen't tell you who to make cheque out to.
  • facilitate paying in cheques online please
  • Step-by-step guide, where I can actually click through the process is very nice and helpful! :) And thanks for mentioning some tips! Cheers and good job! :)
  • I thought that you could pay in a cheque by sending it to your head office, I've done this before but this option is not mentioned at all.
  • It is animated and jumps about a bit.
  • Did not specify if paying in envelope is available from PO. If not, then need to go to the only branch anyway. Not good as App didn’t work!
  • Ccontrary to website, this is not possible. Agent on phone confirmed this, I have to post it. Assumes that everyone owns a printer. Agent says slip not necessary.
