1. Open the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
2. Tap 'Forgotten your passcode?' on the login screen and follow the steps on screen

I have forgotten my passcode for my mobile app. Attempted to amend many times. However, I'm now blocked. With no access to my accounts.
