If you enter the incorrect login details too many times your account will be temporarily locked. You should be told on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app when it will unlock. 

If you need to make a payment quickly, get in touch with us. We can either remove the temporary lock or help you make the payment using telephone banking.

  • Takes too long to change a phone number all others change it straight away now locked out again
  • I can't logon to my online account when I put my customer number and password in. It gives me an error message. It says that online access is unavailable. Help!
  • App doesn’t recognise the details I am adding so won’t let me in….
