Please check our Service Status page to see if there are any known outages or planned updates to the Virgin Money Credit Card app, which may affect your connectivity.

If your Virgin Money Credit Card app worked previously but has now stopped working, follow these simple steps to get back up and running: 
• Check that you have the latest version of the app, and that your device meets our operating system requirements. You can check this in your app store
• Check that you’re connected to Wi-Fi or that you have mobile data. If you are connected to the Wi-Fi, check that your signal is strong. If it isn’t, turn your Wi-Fi off and connect to your mobile data
• Ensure the Virgin Money Credit Card app is closed down completely and is not running in the background. You can do this by logging out of the app and 'swiping' away to close
• Also, check that you have available storage space on your phone for the app
• You can also turn off and restart your phone
• As a last resort, delete the app and reinstall using your Virgin Money credit card details

  • Phoned number got automated service when put in 4 for help with app it hung up several times , really annoying . Unprofessional is an understatement

  • The virgin money app never works, it crashes out every night and is so inconvenient. I am so annoyed I am thinking to change banks just because of it. Awful
