    Your app isn't working and clicking the link to the guide to get back up and running also generates an error. Not very helpful is it?

    This does not appear to be a standard service status page and does not say a service is running or not, which is VERY unhelpful.

    I think it’s terrible that you can only get hold of someone between 09:00 and 15:00 when most people are at work
