How can I transfer my ISAs within Virgin Money?

You can transfer your ISAs within Virgin Money by using our ISA Transfer Service page.

Scroll down to 'Tap to transfer' and select the 'Get started' option. Follow the steps on screen and we'll take it from there.

Starts the process then asks whether the new ISA account has been opened and refers back to start. Why make the internal transfer difficult?

The drop down menu gives two options for virgin money accounts with sort codes starting with, but no option for virgin money if the sort code doesn't match.
