You can transfer your ISAs within Virgin Money by using our ISA Transfer Service page.
Scroll down to 'Tap to transfer' and select the 'Get started' option. Follow the steps on screen and we'll take it from there.

Incredibly cumbersome and poor website for doing a transfer from one virgin isa to a new fixed rate one. Would be easier to transfer to another bank!

I wanted to know if, when my fixed isa matures next month, can I transfer it to another FIXED isa account I have with Virgin?

You are telling me to scroll down to tap to transfer, but I don't see this option so I can't do this which is extremely frustrating.
