I've forgotten my customer number or customer ID, can I get a reminder?

If your sort code begins with a 05 or 82, you can get a reminder of your 10-digit customer number here.

If your sort code begins with 08, your 7 character customer ID will be on the welcome letter and the email that you received when you first opened your online account. If you can't find this, please get in touch with us on 0345 608 1604.

Yes I am trying to find out why I have a 7 digit customer number and the app is asking for a 10 digit customer number

Searching for way to reset pw etc as am locked out of credit card app, and your software requests a sortcode which doesn't appear on the card.
