I've forgotten my customer number or customer ID, can I get a reminder?

If your sort code begins with a 05 or 82, you can get a reminder of your 10-digit customer number here.

If your sort code begins with 08, your 7 character customer ID will be on the welcome letter and the email that you received when you first opened your online account. If you can't find this, please get in touch with us on 0345 608 1604.

I dont have a sort code as its a credit card i have so i cant get past this!

Had account for 42 years, before VM existed so no welcome letter from VM. Customer ID I have does not work on the app. App is so primitive. Sort it out.

The app asks for my sort code and account number. However, my credit card does not show these, so how am I supposed to find out my customer number??
