If you enter the incorrect login details too many times your account will be temporarily locked. You should be told on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app when it will unlock. 

If you need to make a payment quickly, get in touch with us. We can either remove the temporary lock or help you make the payment using telephone banking.

  • Locked out of account given a help number. When rang asks for account number codes. No idea as I AM LOCKED OUT.

  • Correct info but never ever log in first tine. Is this an extra security measure? I normally log in using my debit card details but have been refused this time.
