If you enter the incorrect login details too many times your account will be temporarily locked. You should be told on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app when it will unlock.

  • I changed phones - new phone needed me to use my password, rather than face recognition. I entered the password I had saved in my keychain - it didn't work;
  • Please provide a quick and clear phone number or means to get a human customer service person to help your paying customers rather than wasting their time
