I've forgotten my customer number or customer ID, can I get a reminder?

If your sort code begins with a 05 or 82, you can get a reminder of your 10-digit customer number here.

If your sort code begins with 08, your 7 character customer ID will be on the welcome letter and the email that you received when you first opened your online account. If you can't find this, please get in touch with us on 0345 608 1604.

I have not received a customer number, nor do I have a sort code or account number to get a reminder. As a new customer this is time consuming to set up

I do not have a record of my customer ID. The app asks for sort code and account to validate this.
The banking app does not recognise sort code: 08-60-44
