If you previously used your fingerprint or face to log into the Virgin Money Credit Card app and it has stopped working, follow these steps the next time you log in:

• Tap the profile icon at the top of the app
• Select ‘Sign in and security’
• Use the toggle on the right-hand side to enable biometric login

If the toggle is already switched on, turn it off, then turn it back on again to reset it.

  • You need a direct phone number dealing with only your mobile phone app as I have had three agent to speak to and a fourth that got cut of be fore we could speak

  • There is no more button.
  • The more button gas gone!
  • There is no 'More' in the bottom right hand corner of the app

  • there is no option of face recognition in the new app!!
  • The new app does not have this option
  • There is no ‘More’ button in version 3..1. So the above doesn’t work.
  • The Moore button you are referring to dosent exist
