If you previously used your fingerprint or face to log into the Virgin Money Credit Card app and it has stopped working, follow these steps the next time you log in:

• Tap the profile icon at the top of the app
• Select ‘Sign in and security’
• Use the toggle on the right-hand side to enable biometric login

If the toggle is already switched on, turn it off, then turn it back on again to reset it.

  • This is only useful for the retarded population. You need to provide much better explaination on how to fix this rubbish when it doesnt work
  • Biometric logon WAS working until last week, now disabled and refuses to stay enabled when turning back on.
