If you previously used your fingerprint or face to log into the Virgin Money Credit Card app and it has stopped working, follow these steps the next time you log in:

• Tap the profile icon at the top of the app
• Select ‘Sign in and security’
• Use the toggle on the right-hand side to enable biometric login

If the toggle is already switched on, turn it off, then turn it back on again to reset it.

  • There’s no More button, there’s no settings option and there appears to be no way to activate Face ID in your credit card app since the latest update

    I suggest that when you do an upgrade, you make sure your website has the appropriate advice at the same time...
  • The app doesn't have the more function at in the bottom right corner.
