If you previously used your fingerprint or face to log into the Virgin Money Credit Card app and it has stopped working, follow these steps the next time you log in:

• Tap the profile icon at the top of the app
• Select ‘Sign in and security’
• Use the toggle on the right-hand side to enable biometric login

If the toggle is already switched on, turn it off, then turn it back on again to reset it.

  • Facw ID not working I’ve turned it on about 30 times and then I come out of the app and have to re-enter my password as the Id switches off
