If you previously used your fingerprint or face to log into the Virgin Money Credit Card app and it has stopped working, follow these steps the next time you log in:

• Tap the profile icon at the top of the app
• Select ‘Sign in and security’
• Use the toggle on the right-hand side to enable biometric login

If the toggle is already switched on, turn it off, then turn it back on again to reset it.

  • The app forgets I’ve enabled Face ID each time I open it. I’ve tried disabling / reinstalling in Apple settings, turning it on and off in the app, but no luck

  • Face ID not working, every time I log on after fixing it errors. Redi is a waste of time. Very poor online service for a supposedly digital credit card provider.
  • Didn’t fix the issue on iPhone 17. FaceTime ID is enabled in settings. Toggling it on in the app settings just leads to Biometric login unavailable on next login
  • biometrics has not worked since your last update. When will it be fixed.
  • Didn’t work, Face ID fails to stay activated. Issue since upgrading my phone.

  • I have already tried multiple times to do what you suggest regarding fingerprint to log in. It reverts to password every time.
